MODMO is hiring an industrial design engineer with strong 3D modelling skills. Your focus will be on product design and sample manufacturing. You should be fluent in Solidworks, English and posses the knowhow to create simple prototypes of your designs.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop and prototype bicycle parts and accessories.
• 3D modelling( Solidworks preferred)
• Analyze stress, tension, strength of product/materials
• Maintain existing design language
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure production adheres to the drawing and designs

The industrial designer engineer we’re looking for has: 

• At least 4 year working in Industrial Design team/ or product design environment
• Proficient in using, MS-Office, Solidworks and NX is a plus
• Familiar with mechanical tasks, such as welding, CNC (CAD-CAM)
• Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
• Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers
• Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail
• Good in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening)
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field

The Role:

The Marketing Executive's purpose is to research, plan, report, and assist delivery across all marketing campaigns and projects. You will be responsible for executing campaigns, creating and sharing content across all company channels.

The Marketing Executive will work collaboratively with the team on a daily basis, and the wider team for supporting generation of content and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  
• Design and coordinate Email Marketing campaigns for various customer flows
• Manage the email database to ensure optimal performance with minimal drop outs while continually growing the database.
• Schedule and manage social media activity ensuring best practice for posting times and engagement.
• Research potential target audiences across digital channels in multiple locations across the globe
• Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and maximise SEO through company content strategy, including regular keyword planning and competitor analysis.
• Work with graphic designers to align content and imagery for publication online.
• Liaise with the wider team on the creation and execution of blog posts from a brand and industry stand point.
• Assist with scheduling and prioritising content, based on time of year and company need.
• Where relevant update the company website to ensure key information is present.
 
Essential Criteria

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
• Either a recognised marketing qualification and two year's work experience in a similar role
OR
A good general standard of education and two year's work experience in a similar role
• Experience in multi-channel marketing - online & offline
• Experience managing and engaging audiences via social media
• Capability to create engaging content and use digital tools and platforms, including SEO
• Well evidenced collaboration skills, to enable project success
• Ability to develop innovative & creative campaigns with a proactive mindset
• Strong organisational and highly disciplined time management skills
• The ability to learn quickly absorb and communicate technical information
• A high standard of computer literacy

With our upcoming launch in Europe, we are seeking a motivated and driven Head of Customer Service to take over a key strategic and operational leadership role responsible for the development and delivery of customer service.

The Head of Customer Service is responsible for identifying and developing all culture, process and performance improvements and efficiencies for the customer and for leading/developing a team, who typically deliver customer interactions across multiple channels (Front and Back office, telephone. email, online, live chat, video, social media, correspondence.)

Main responsibilities:

Build and strategically lead world-class customer happiness team
• Coach and grow a talented team whilst maintaining our performance standards and accountability for each member
• Determine their key areas of focus and ensure the right tools are in place
• Reinforce a culture of continuous learning and knowledge development through encouragement and empowerment

Be responsible for the ongoing satisfaction of our customer base
• Produce strategic recommendations on how most effectively address the needs of our customers including but not limited to:
  o Mapping customer journeys and making tailored improvements based on audience type
  o Identifying and improving channels where customers have interactions with MODMO (Email, live chat, in-app, WhatsApp, phone, social media platforms)
  o Implementing and improving NPS, CSAT, or other Customer Metric
• Work with the department heads to successfully plan and implement your strategy
• Ensure that MODMO becomes the standard-setter for customer care in the industry

Promote customer care excellence within the organisation
• Be the face and voice of the customers across our fast-growing team
• Bring transparency and energy to the vision, communicate this to the team
• Funnel feedback from the field and ensure that it is channeled back into our initiative
 
 
The Head of Customer Service we're looking for has:

• A demonstrated history of managing multiple individuals, programs and priorities
• Hands-on experience within D2C customer care or in eCommerce
• The tools to manage customer inquiries and service in and out (we’re using Zendesk)
• Understanding that data is the key but empathy will win people’s heart
• The ability to work in a digital, high volume and fast-paced environment
• Highly driven, results and action-orientated with strong project management skills
• The will to take over responsibilities even outside of your initial work scope, push boundaries and think outside the box
• English and German on a native level - additional language skills in French would be a plus

Modmo's innovative electric bike are gaining popularity with e-bike fleets, food deliverers, Bike2work, e-bike leasing and hotels. We want you to be the local face of Modmo, build relationships and close deals. 
 
You will:

• Follow up with in-bound enquiries 
• Actively approach targeted business clients via LinkedIn, email, social networks, live/online events and more.
• Search for new client leads.
• Manage relationships with existing customers and earn repeat business 
• Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
• Support client with marketing assets
